About Me

Heidi Wren is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and has been working with people from different walks of life including prisons, schools and foodbank centres, in a supportive capacity, for over 20 years. She is passionate about empowering people on their personal healing journey and supporting people to clear anything that holds them back from living  well. This has led her to want to use her experience to reach more people through writing books and offering hypnotherapy recordings online.
